1. Scope
This Policy applies to information processed through 360VTS, including account registration, subscription billing, creation and hosting of virtual tours, public sharing, website embeds, account administration, email verification, and password-reset features.
2. Information we collect
Account information. We collect information you provide when creating or maintaining an account, such as your name, email address, password hash, account role, subscription plan, and account status.
Tour content. We process images, project names, descriptions, hotspots, tour settings, uploaded files, and other content you choose to add to the service.
Billing information. We may store Stripe customer, subscription, price or plan identifiers, subscription status, renewal dates, and similar billing records. Full payment-card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by 360VTS.
Security and account-recovery information. We process information needed for email verification and password recovery. Verification and password-reset tokens are designed to expire and are stored in hashed form rather than as reusable plain-text tokens.
Legal acceptance records. When you create an account or affirmatively accept updated Terms of Service, we record the document version, effective date, and date and time of acceptance. We also record corresponding Privacy Policy acknowledgment information and may retain prior acceptance records so we can document which legal terms applied over time.
Technical information. Our hosting environment may automatically record information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, server logs, and security-related events.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain 360VTS, authenticate users, verify email addresses, reset passwords, process subscriptions, apply account and image limits, host and display tours, provide customer support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Payments and Stripe
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. When you enter payment information, that information is submitted to Stripe rather than stored directly by 360VTS. Stripe may process your information under its own privacy policy and terms. 360VTS receives limited billing information needed to manage your subscription, such as customer and subscription identifiers, payment or subscription status, plan information, and billing-period dates.
5. Public tours and embeds
If you enable public sharing or embed a tour on another website, content included in that tour may be accessible to people who have the public link or who visit the website where the tour is embedded. Do not place information in a public tour that you do not want publicly viewable.
8. Data retention
We retain account and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide 360VTS, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or disaster-recovery systems before being overwritten through normal retention cycles.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for maintaining a strong, unique password and protecting access to their email account and devices.
10. Your choices
You may update certain account information within 360VTS, manage subscription settings through available billing controls, and request account deletion where the service provides that option. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs.
11. Children
360VTS is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through account registration. If we learn that such information was collected, we may take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of 360VTS after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
